My account was paid in full a couple of days ago, but i was rejected and they can't tell me why, but has corrected it.
The label itself used to come in the package. You just needed to slap it on the return. Now, you have to go to your order and choose whether you want to print your own label or go with the qr code. You also have to choose where to return your package.
